Inspirada, a master-planned community in Henderson, Nevada, needed us to help them attract homebuyers. In order to do this, we created a cutting-edge new website, launched event campaigns, connected with prospective home buyers and created a one-of-a-kind Augmented Reality App. We help potential residents to understand what makes this such a unique community, allowing them to visualize the incredible life at Inspirada.
PetSmart envisioned a modern intranet that would enable its over 50,000 employees—across 5 distinct user groups—to engage and collaborate more efficiently, solve problems quickly, and enjoy their time working together. The system needed to be modern, user friendly, visually pleasing, and compatible across all operating systems and devices. No small task, but Lucid was up for the challenge.
Our user experience research team worked with the client to develop an ideal marketing strategy in a rapid period of time. We identified buyer personas and planned a website that would have maximum impact, fast. We provided the client with extensive in-person training and integrated all of their marketing platforms into one CRM tool. Since then, they’ve seen an increase in request-for quotes.
To help Take Charge America (TCA) increase lead volume while decreasing costs, we performed an audit of the existing website and campaigns, analyzed the results, and made changes that would allow us to deliver more tuned marketing a great customer experience. After one month, TCA had increased their conversion rate by 64% and decreased the cost per lead by 27%, and we didn’t stop there.
Like most enterprise projects, we knew it was going to be a challenge, which is what made us excited to pitch for this work. After winning the project, we dove in an spent a few months working to reimagine and redesign what the client reporting portal might look like, how it might interact across different devices and how we could design a customer experience that would wow their customers. Hard work paid, great partnership and excellent strategy paid off when we delivered a new design that adhered to brand guidelines while creating a modern interface that is fast, clean, informative and effective.
