Android Close to 40% of Smartphone Marketshare According to comScore

According to new data from comScore, it looks like Google’s Android operating system is growing rapidly, with a small level of growth noticed for Apple and some significant losses for Microsoft Windows Phones and RIM’s Blackberry platform. It looks like when people change from Blackberry or Windows phones, about 83% of them are choosing Android with the remainder choosing iPhones.
