An Affair to Movember: A Pedal Haus Fundraiser & Soiree

Things are getting a little hairy this month, but it’s all for a good cause! Movember Party[3]November, or “Movember,” is the month nationally recognized by the Movember Foundation to raise awareness towards the variety of ailments targeting men.

This Friday, November 20th, Lucid Agency will be partnering with Movember and Pedal Haus to host a Movember Mustache Fundraiser! From 7 to 10 p.m., stop by Pedal Haus, and with a nominal entry fee of $10, have your choice of libation from Pedal Haus’ signature brewed beers. All proceeds from the evening will go toward funding prostate and testicular cancer research, as well as men’s mental health issues.

The participants who raise the most funds will be awarded a Pedal Haus gift card and Movember swag. Ladies, we haven’t forgotten you. Although a mustache may not be a viable option, women are encouraged to show support to the men in their lives by rocking an official Movember mustache pin in place of facial hair. There is even a special prize to the lucky lady who raises the most funds for the cause!

The Movember Foundation has been a leading catalyst in men’s health for over a decade now, raising awareness and serving to benefit the different diseases and cancers that ail men the most. The organization has been successful in raising $650 million in the 12 years since its inception. Every Movember, participants are encouraged to fundraise and don their mustaches as a natural billboard toward the cause.

Mo Bros and Mo Sistas unite! Men’s health is in a state of crisis, so let’s rally to help men live happier, healthier, and longer. This shindig isn’t one to miss. RSVP on Facebook today!

Pedal Haus is located at 730 S. Mill Avenue, H-102 Tempe, Arizona, next to the AMC Theatre. Find out more about the Movember Foundation on their website, and donate to our very own Ken Bonham’s page here.
