Search Specialist (Full-Time)

Lucid Agency is expanding rapidly and is looking for a full-time Search Specialist (SEO & PPC). We are requiring a minimum of 2 years of strategic experience developing strategy and managing both organic and paid search campaigns.

 

This experience can be client-side, or agency-side. Specific experience should include creating organic optimization plans, implementation of organic search efforts, development of paid search campaigns as well as strategic analysis and optimization of paid search campaigns. Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive organic optimization (SEO) strategy, auditing and plan development
  • Organic keyword research & mapping
  • Redirect mapping
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO requirements and best practices
  • On-page optimization techniques
  • Creation of meta data, including page titles, descriptions, image alt tags, header tags and more
  • Google Search Console/Bing Webmaster Tools management
  • Working with teams to properly implement SEO best practices and to serve as a resource for the agency
  • Pay-per-click strategy and direct experience building out campaigns
  • Perform paid keyword research
  • Holistic understanding of keyword match types, negative keywords, bid adjustments, targeting options and other key elements within Google Ads
  • PPC campaign optimization based on goals and objectives
  • Manage campaign budgets
  • UTM creation and implementation
  • Working within website analytics tools (Google Analytics)
  • Track, report, and analyze performance data to extract key takeaways and ongoing opportunities for improvement

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years of organic and paid search experience (client-side, or agency-side)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related-field
  • Direct experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Experience with SERanking, Moz or other SEO tools
  • Familiarity with WordPress and HTML
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems autonomously
  • Experience with A/B and other testing modalities
  • Excellent writing and grammatical skills; articulate when speaking
  • Ability analyze data and provide data or evidence-based recommendations
  • Highly organized with an ability to always hit deadlines for assigned work
  • Highly experienced with Microsoft office products

Location and Hours: We value the power of teamwork, so this position would require you to work in our office in Downtown Tempe (off Mill Avenue) during standard business hours.
