Lucid Agency is a rapidly expanding digital advertising agency in Downtown Tempe and we are looking for a part-time intern to help in our operations department. As a People Operations Intern, you will be assisting with the development and delivery of several initiatives that support the growth of Lucid Agency’s employees. Additionally, you will collaborate with the People Operations Manager daily which will give you experience in the field of human resources and how an agency is run internally.


What you will be doing:

  • Assisting Lucid’s People Operations Manager with daily tasks
  • Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates
  • Assisting with the pre-employment processes
  • Creating and researching training opportunities for current employees
  • Maintaining and reviewing budgets for the department
  • Planning various team wide activities


The ideal intern:

  • Availability 20+ hours per week on a fixed schedule (if you don’t have this amount of time available please do not apply)
  • Is pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or has an interest in Human Resources/People Operations
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Takes initiative to innovate and solve problems without direct supervision and/or direction
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Highly experienced with all Microsoft office products; particularly Office, Excel, and Word
  • Familiarity with and usage of social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • A very strong work ethic and ability to deal with the frequently changing workload
