Digital Media Specialist

Lucid Agency is expanding rapidly and is looking for a full-time Digital Media Specialist. We prefer a minimum of two years of actual day-to-day campaign management experience in the interactive marketing industry. This experience can be client-side, or agency-side. Specific experience should include managing pay-per-click advertising campaigns, search engine optimization, and other online paid advertising campaign management. This is an entry level position.

Responsibilities:

  • Client meetings and daily communication
  • Client reporting, data analysis and campaign strategy
  • Client paid advertising campaign management
  • Other marketing tasks as required by the Account Manager

 

Requirements:

  • Digital Marketing Specialist or similar experience preferable
  • Pay-per-click campaign strategy and active management
  • Organic optimization (aka SEO)
  • Social media outreach and advertising (FB, Linkedin, Twitter, Google+, etc.)

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years experience in interactive marketing industry
  • 1+ years experience in paid search and digital media
  • Bachelor’s degree in business; specifically business management, marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • Experience in Google Analytics and Google AdWords
  • Knowledge of HubSpot
  • Excellent writing and grammatical skills, and articulate when speaking
  • Highly organized with an ability to always hit deadlines for assigned work
  • Highly experienced with Microsoft office products, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • An adept internet user, familiar with various browsers and search engines
  • Takes initiative to innovate and solve problems without direct supervision and/or direction
  • A very strong work ethic and ability to deal with the frequently changing workload including varied projects and fast-paced situations associated with an advertising and marketing agency

Location and Hours: We value the power of teamwork, so this position would require you to work in our office in Downtown Tempe (off Mill Avenue) during standard business hours.
