Account Coordinator

Account Coordinator (Full-Time)

Lucid Agency has expanded to Chicago, IL and we are seeking a dedicated self-starter who is able to work in a small team environment to grow our Midwest and East Coast clients. In this role, you will be working directly with our Vice President and lead Account Manager to drive successful marketing solutions and campaigns, while maintaining client relationships, and analyzing data and budgets. This is not a sales role, in this role you will be directly involved in the media planning and management of digital advertising campaigns for numerous clients.   • Develop best-in-class digital marketing solutions for clients based on their goals and objectives with the lead Account Manager
  • Refine account and campaign strategy while performing ongoing results analysis, campaign optimization and strategic updates
  • Drive and deliver unparalleled client service by maintaining relationships with key decisions makers
  • Direct and manage accounts, including creation of project plans, budgeting, and overseeing quality and accuracy of deliverables
  • Prepare for and attend client and internal meetings, and present reports
  • Assist the lead Account Manager and Vice President with tasks or projects when needed
  • Contribute to research and presentations for new business development as necessary
  • Embrace thought-leadership by staying up-to-date on industry news, technology trends and best practices


The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 2 years of full-time digital advertising experience, preferably at an ad agency or on an in-house marketing team
  • Bachelor’s degree in business; specifically business management, marketing, advertising, analytics, or a related field
  • Direct experience with PPC, SEO, social media advertising, and email campaign strategy and execution
  • A solid understanding of the dynamic interactive marketing industry (marketing principles, measurement and analytics, internet technology, content strategy, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills along with the ability to be detail- and deadline-oriented while managing multiple projects
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Microsoft Office product suite
  • An exceptional work ethic and the willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done while maintaining a supportive, empowering and positive attitude
  • Takes initiative to innovate and solve problems without direct supervision and/or direction
  • Integrate and analyze data from all forms of online media including paid search, organic search, display, email, social media, etc. to make decisions, optimize accounts and accomplish clients’ high-level goals
  • Experience working in a start-up or small agency environment

Location and Hours: We value the power of teamwork, so this position would require you to work in our office in Chicago, IL during standard business hours.
