Inspirada chose Lucid Agency to manage the digital marketing and interactive technology development for the community. The objective was to grow awareness and understanding of the value of Inspirada within the greater Las Vegas market, ultimately driving engagement and converting homebuyer prospects for the sales team.
Lucid developed a comprehensive strategy that involved a sophisticated digital platform to connect with prospective homebuyers. The platform includes an elegant and conversion-focused, mobile-friendly website, a new cutting edge mobile app and a digital marketing platform that spans more than a dozen channels including Facebook, Linkedin, Paid and Organic Search, Events, Display and Email, among other tactics. We build customized landing pages to maximize benefit for the community and conversion rates of the campaigns. All campaigns are fully tracked in analytics, and incorporate goal and conversion tracking.
The Inspirada App is a true reflection of the innovative thinking and planning of the community itself. The App allows users to pan across the horizon from “The Overlook” within Inspirada to see a visual rendering of what the community will look like upon completion. Users can tap and virtually explore any of the community parks and play areas, access a map of Inspirada, and even connect with the builders’ sales offices within the community.
Underneath the hood of this elegant app is an engineering work of art. The App works with the combination of GPS triangulation, an artist’s rendering of the community, and the device’s gyro sensors. Development and design of the App was no small undertaking. Until this project, Lucid had never created an augmented reality app or digitized large-scale custom physical artwork to be embedded in a mobile application. To achieve minimal app size and fast rendering, the artist’s drawings were digitized and broken up into small “tiles,” then we built and implemented an image compression system and dynamic image stitching and loading service for the App. To create a fully immersive and 3D experience, Lucid utilized Parallax on iPhones to create depth and the sense of movement.

The mobile app is a cutting edge representation of the technology and amenities included in the community and showcases the full perspective of community engagement and life at Inspirada. The website is visually appealing, easy to use and works flawlessly on all device types. The marketing campaigns are performing at industry-leading rates in almost all channels. Prospective homebuyer lead conversion rates continue to increase with consistent A/B testing, and organic traffic numbers are up 50% in 2016 from 2015. Inspirada has achieved a top 25 ranking for sales in 2015, and has skyrocketed into the Top 10 Master-Planned Communities (based on 2016 sales thus far) in the United States.
