Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Lucid Agency is looking for a part-time assistant to help the business development team and the executive team with administrative tasks. If you are organized, smart, thrive on challenges, like meeting new people, and aren’t afraid to get dirty with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook, then this could be the perfect job for you!

Location and Hours: Please note you must have availability to work on-site at our offices in Downtown Tempe (off Mill Avenue) for approximately 15-20 hours per week.

Job Functions:

  • General office administrative tasks including coordinating schedules, meetings, travel, and more
  • Managing contact lists
  • Industry and potential client research
  • Anything else needed by the Lucid Agency executive team

Profile of Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent writing and grammatical skills, and articulate when speaking
  • Highly organized with an ability to always hit deadlines for assigned tasks
  • Highly experienced with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • An adept internet user, familiar with various browsers and search engines
  • Takes initiative to innovate and solve problems without direct supervision and/or direction
  • A very strong work ethic and ability to deal with the frequently changing work load including varied projects and fast-paced situations associated with an advertising and marketing agency

Compensation: Compensation will be hourly and based on experience.
