To submit for your organization, please read the Official Rules and complete the application form below. Incomplete forms will not be accepted, so please be sure to answer every question and upload the appropriate documents.

Stage One: Phoenix-area charities submit their applications.
Stage Two: Public voting on Facebook. When this stage launches, the public will be able to vote for their favorite charities and share with friends and family.
Stage Three: The organizations with the top 5 votes will move on to this stage! The judges panel will review the finalists and announce a winner.
Stage Four: Lucid Agency will collaborate with the winner to create a custom digital marketing overhaul worth up to $50,000!

Finalists Announced: November 9th
Judges Panel Meets: November 13th –November 16th
